Can simulation games replicate real results about the adoption of a more scientific approach to  decision-making? In recent years, simulation games in the economic-managerial field have seen a progressive affirmation and perfectly integrated into the educational process traditional.

I developed, with BUILT (Bocconi University Innovation in Leanrning and Teaching) simulation games to measure the ability of players to make decisions and replicate how they would act in a real context.

I compare real and simulated results by running lab experiments using the simulation game.
